The hotel is located a little away from the city, so traveling to tourist spots takes some time. Rooms are good and spacious enough. The restaurant is large, can accommodate many guests, and is aesthetically pleasing. I wish the food quality matched the ambience, it needs improvement. Staff and service were good overall.

Clean and beautiful rooms, polite staff, good location, and comfortable stay. The only thing we didn't like the Food good variety in breakfast and dinner but taste wise very bad ( for example they have given a kheer in sweet it tasted milk in rice / almost all chinese dish too much tasteless ) in short it's chef pblm . If food gets better than highly recommended

I book the room through Make My Trip where they mention the room type as Deluxe city view but all we could view was the rooftop of the next building with water tank and solar panels. Sloppy Service - when asked for towels it took them 2 reminders and around 30 min to provide it. The bathroom was smelling like hell, had to ask them few time to check it. Overall very bad experience

Furthermore, the sheets were impeccably clean, which made for a restful and comfortable night's sleep. It's clear the staff prioritizes hygiene and guest well-being. Highly recommended for travelers who value a clean and hygienic environment!
