The hospitality at this hotel was terrible, and the caretaker's behavior was very rude. The staff seemed very egoistic, and there were many issues during my stay. My experience here was very bad, and the hotel is of a very low standard. I personally did not like this place at all because of the caretaker. After checkout, when I returned to the hotel to collect my luggage and asked to use the washroom, the staff said there was no washroom available. He clearly told me to pay rent first before using the washroom. I faced many problems here.

Karni Vilas is a homestay located close to the collectorate circle in Jaipur. The rooms are spacious, airy, and well ventilated. Even when it was 35° outside, the room stayed so cool that using an AC was unnecessary. There was an issue with the geyser in my room, but the caretaker fixed it the same day, which was appreciated. I paid Rs 1500 per night, which I think is somewhat expensive. Overall, I would suggest staying at this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more! The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.The food was delicious, with great variety and freshness. The hotel is in a fantastic location — well connected, safe, and close to everything you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all essentials.Overall, a complete package — great people, great food, great location, and great comfort. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
