I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Kudla Villa Homestay. The property is tidy, tranquil, and well-kept, ideal for a restful retreat. The hosts are very welcoming, kind, and always willing to assist, which made us feel very comfortable. The rooms offer comfort, the environment is serene, and the hospitality was excellent. Group • Aug 2026The initial room we were given looked nothing like the pictures online. Traveling with a baby, the upstairs room was unsafe due to the open stairs and layout. After sharing our worries and talking to management, they did move us to a safer room, which we were thankful for. However, it was upsetting that the breakfast included in our original booking was taken away after switching rooms. We only asked for a room change because of our baby's safety, not for any upgrades or extras. We didn't expect to lose an included service because we raised a real safety issue. While I appreciate management fixing the room problem, guest safety shouldn't mean losing booked amenities. I hope the hotel improves its honesty about room details online and handles family safety concerns with more care going forward.

Family • Jul 2026After we check-in the property at 4:15 pm they cleaned our room, changed bed spread and also cleaned bathroom and even after sending the captured videos to property host he was least bothered toreply me . Overall property not maintained properly (I have captured those videos but couldn't upload in review section)
