Kzar Select

My stay at Kzar Select Hotel was fantastic. The meals were delicious, and the breakfast offered a great selection. I was particularly impressed by the warm and accommodating reception team. Arif, Sufyan, and Abhisek were courteous, friendly, and very helpful during my visit. Their kindness enhanced my overall experience. In summary, I had a wonderful time and would highly suggest this hotel to others.

The hotel was nice and clean with fantastic service! I would definitely return - Surjo Abhishek was very helpful!

The rates are 1800/- for the deluxe room (which is actually the smallest at about 150 sq m), 2000/- for the executive, and 3000/- for the clubhouse. The rooms are decent with a working AC, outdoor view, various surface lights, and a table lamp. The TV had issues, though. Wifi, kettle, armchair, clean linens, and toiletries met expectations. There was no menu card in the room for ordering. The location is slightly off the main road, which might explain the modest pricing. Service is a concern; they are strict with guests—I saw an unmarried couple denied a room due to local ID—but they don't maintain high standards themselves. The TV was unplugged and not working, and we had to call reception twice before help arrived. Welcome drinks are offered at reception but not to guests waiting in the lobby for room allocation. Staff were unfriendly when I asked for directions, simply advising to use Google Maps, which is tricky since the hotel is in an alley. The phone number on their website is unreliable; calls say the number doesn't exist, but texts and WhatsApp queries get responses. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Budget hotels in this range often overcharge or refuse rooms, but this place is better, making it a safe choice to avoid bad experiences. (Unmarried couples are okay if they have outstation ID).
