This was my first and definitely my last experience at this hotel. I would strongly recommend everyone to think twice before booking this place, regardless of how attractive the location or price may look online.The room was extremely small for the amount charged, and the overall condition was nowhere near what you would expect for the price. The washroom was in very poor condition, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. The cleanliness was also disappointing.The staff experience was even worse. The staff were not friendly or professional at all. I was asked to pay 800 for early check-in, and surprisingly, I was told to transfer the amount to the staff member's personal account, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.The worst part was the noise at night. We could not sleep properly because the hotel staff were making loud noises until around 2 AM. On top of that, there were unwanted door knockings during the night, which made the whole stay extremely uncomfortable and disturbing.Being in Indiranagar, which is considered a premium area, I expected much better standards. Unfortunately, the location is probably the only positive thing I can mention.Honestly, you can find much cleaner, more comfortable and better-maintained rooms in Halasuru for a similar or even better price. I regret choosing this hotel.If you are looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable stay, I would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. Save your money and choose somewhere else. I definitely would not stay here again.
The hotel did not accept my booking My booking date has passed , and Agoda did not return my payment. I continued sending emails but I did not receive my payment.
