Hotel was very good. The rooms were small but we're ok. The bathroom was ok. The food service was really good and the food was very delicious. The nets on the windows were very useful. Overall the hotel was good and I would recommend it.

Poor Service and Cleanliness

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing little interest in making guests feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room and common areas left much to be desired – there was visible dust and the bathroom didn’t seem properly cleaned.To make matters worse, they have a ridiculous policy of charging 1000 if you lose the room key, which is not only excessive but also not communicated clearly at check-in. Overall, I would not recommend this place and definitely won't be staying here again.
