The Hotel is very great and the food and staff service was very nice. Loved the food the variety of food and the quality was home like. The location of the hotel is very great just above the isbt bus stand. The location is very accessible buses to go to mall road is in Every 30min. Best location and good room space within reasonable prices. Thanks ’’

Although the room appeared clean at first glance, the hotel as a whole is extremely old, poorly maintained, and in a terrible condition.The interiors are very bad. Furniture in the room is damaged and worn out ...the table’s mica is missing and raw plywood is clearly visible. The bed, chair, and side tables are all in the same poor condition. The TV is very old, non-smart, and only supports cable. Even the set-top box is so outdated that its buttons don’t work.A major concern is the false ceiling, which seems to be a home for rats and rodents. At night, the sound of rats running inside the ceiling is clearly audible, making it extremely disturbing. To make matters worse, there is a huge pillar inside the room, taking up valuable space and making the room look cramped and unpleasant.The bathroom condition is unacceptable ...cracked tiles, poor or missing grouting, a broken wash basin, and even the toilet paper holder is broken. Clearly no maintenance has been done for years.The staff behavior is polite, but they are reluctant to provide even basic amenities. Complimentary mineral water was not provided unless specifically asked. The water served in a jug has a strong chlorine smell, making it non-potable and unsafe to drink.The AC works but is extremely old and noisy. Its outdoor unit is placed right outside the window, creating continuous disturbance. Wi-Fi availability is uncertain.Food quality is below average with very limited options for breakfast and dinner. The oil used appears to be of very poor quality, and the food gives off a raw oil smell, suggesting improper cooking.Noise levels are unbearable. The hotel is located directly above the ISBT (Inter State Bus Terminal). There is constant shouting by bus conductors, continuous bus horns, smoke from buses, and vibrations. Every time a bus passes, the bed shakes like a small earthquake. Peaceful sleep is impossible.From a safety perspective, the hotel does not feel secure. Due to the public nature of the location and heavy movement of people, anyone can enter easily.Check-in and check-out were smooth, but that is the only neutral point.Overall, this hotel is absolutely not value for money. It is a disaster, especially for leisure or tourist travelers, as it will completely ruin your mood and experience.The photos shown online are extremely misleading and appear to be taken many years ago, possibly when the hotel was maintained. The current condition is horrible.Lastly, the location is the biggest drawback ..being on the 4th floor of an ISBT means constant noise, smoke accumulation in rooms and common areas, and very untidy surroundings.Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid if you value comfort, hygiene, and peace.Do not rely on the misleading positive reviews. Many guests are pressured to give a 5-star rating in front of the reception during check-out, which does not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.

Location was at a very busy place. Staff was very kind and polite. Hospitality was 10/10. Service is very quick & efficient. Food menu is also tasty and served hot. Breakfast and dinner has variety of dishes & of a premium quality. There is a bus stop just below the hotel for local commute which helps for easy site visits. Must recommended for travellers looking for a quick and economical stay.

The staff was extremely good, and the food was absolutely fabulous’so delicious! Even though it was a buffet, they served us very well.During the food session, a small issue occurred, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. Their willingness to stand in line and shield guests is truly commendable and highly appreciated.Everyone’from the reception team to the service and housekeeping staff’was very respectful and professional.The rooms were excellent, with 24/7 hot water and great hygiene standards.

The hotel is amazing. The staff's were polite, calm and always smiling. The location of the hotel is peaceful and very good. Overall our experience was excellent and I would like to stay at this hotel again!
