Treebo Varuna With Mountain View, Mall Road

The room, the service, the view, all were excellent. The best part was the service.

The standard room was small and it was very cold in that room, so on the next day, we upgraded the room to their deluxe room which was centrally heating and was much more cosier than the previous one.Rooms of the hotel specially the deluxe one is also more comfortable means the owner of the hotel has done a great job in terms of making the hotel rooms good and clean with nice clean bathroom and hot water available every time, nice view from windows and nice location of the hotel. But all these things and enjoyfull moments get ruined because of the staff of the hotel. I would not say that every staff of the hotel is bad but mainly the reception persons and the person who was serving food to us was very ill mannered. The hotel cook dont know how to make a simple tea. and even they dont know how to make butter toast. On complaining about bad tea they said. ’hume kya pata aapke muh ka swaad’. Reception persons was also taking the side of their staff and was extremely rude. They said ’ yha par 22 rooms h kisi ne complain nahi kari apke alawa( there are 22 rooms in the hotel nobody except you have complained about the bad tea).

Room is good newly renovated and location is also proximity to mall road. I stayed for 2 days for family trip but staff is too rude specifically shri praveen every time give very aggressive and argumentative response. Even for breakfast they are showing that they are doing some kind of favour even food quality is not good. Not recommended if you are going for enjoyment kindly avoid otherwise they spoil it.

I had a really pleasant stay at Treebo Varuna in Shimla. The hotel is just a 6’7 minute walk from Mall Road, which makes the location absolutely perfect ’ close enough to everything, yet peaceful.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the washrooms were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The overall vibe of the place is relaxing and well-maintained.This has definitely become my go-to place to stay in Shimla from now on. Highly recommend
