Treebo Varuna With Mountain View, Mall Road

I stayed with my family in their Mahogany (family) room. The room was fairly spacious; it works well for a family of four if you don't have too much luggage, otherwise it might feel cramped. The room looks exactly like the pictures, including the lighting. It offers a valley view towards Annadale, which I have shown in my photos. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Since there is no restaurant, all meals are served in the room, and the service is quick. The property is located at the start of Mall Road, so you don't need a vehicle. If you have infants or toddlers, I suggest bringing strollers as both the hotel access and Mall Road are stroller-friendly. Vehicles cannot reach the property gate; I recommend arriving at A.G Chowk and then walking downhill a short distance. Keep in mind that the uphill climb back might be difficult for senior citizens. There is no lift, and rooms are accessed by stairs only. These were not issues for us, and we enjoyed our stay and the food. Some reviewers mentioned impolite staff, but I did not experience this; one time I thought it might be due to accent differences rather than intent. There is a viewpoint just next to the property offering a nice sunset view. A few suggestions for the hotel: toiletries should be placed in rooms beforehand. Room service and kitchen requests are handled by the front desk, which can be busy during peak times, so a callback or call button would improve service. My room was on the top floor with terrace and kitchen access (not disturbing residents), but the terrace window curtains were too narrow to ensure privacy, so wider or overlapping curtains would help. Overall, the stay was memorable, and this hotel will be among our preferred choices if we return.

The hotel location is nearby to Mall road. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to mall road market from this hotel. In terms of space, bathroom and view, rooms are ok ok. But I experienced bed bugs in my room on bed during sleep. So it was not a good experience.

The hotel is situated close to Mall Road, about a 15-minute walk to the market there. The rooms are average in size, bathroom, and view. However, I encountered bed bugs on the bed while sleeping, which made my stay unpleasant.

The place is average and located near the ridge. However, there is no parking or elevator. Cleanliness is just okay.

Location is very far from Church. It is below the mall road. and Cost is very High as comparison to Room Facility. 4000+ Taxes for Economy room. They should revise their tariff. No Restaurant in Hotel. Safety Issue. Sometimes fellow neighbor knocks door in night.
