OYO 7151 Hotel Kalpana Palace

The hotel management provided excellent service and the staff were very polite.

We spent nearly a week at Kalpana Palace and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness and service are outstanding, deserving more than five stars. The staff are courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their breakfast is especially noteworthy—delicious. Be sure to book a room with breakfast included when you stay here. The hotel is located in a very busy area, so it can be a bit noisy, but it is also well connected to other parts of the city, with kaali peeli taxis readily available outside. The rooms are small but well-equipped and comfortable, very clean overall. In summary, it was a great stay at a reasonable price for a practical visit to Mumbai.

This hotel falls short of the usual standards for a 3-star rating, with facilities and service quality that are below what one would expect. While basic amenities exist, many aspects seem limited or poorly maintained. The price feels somewhat steep given the comfort and services provided. Nonetheless, for a brief one-night stay or if no better options are accessible, this hotel could be considered. It meets basic accommodation needs, but guests seeking a more comfortable or upscale experience might prefer to look elsewhere.

I stayed here for three nights. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy, and the air conditioning functioned well. It was a quiet stay without any interruptions. I didn't try the food, so I can't say anything about it. The only negative is the location. I picked it because it was close to the station, but it didn't feel safe to go outside after 9 PM.

Well-maintained hotel, clean rooms, perfect room service, good reception.
