Is hotel me room mat book kariye. Maine OYO se online hotel book kiya tha, lekin wahan jakar hotel wale keh rahe the ki hotel me room khali nahi hai. Unhone extra paisa bhi le liya, par room nahi diya.

Extremely disappointing stay. The staff showed a lack of professionalism and basic politeness. They don’t seem to know how to address guests respectfully. It feels like once they receive full payment, their concern for service disappears. We reported several issues, and each time they promised to fix them, but nothing was done. The housekeeping team was also quite rude. When we asked to replace the TV because it wasn’t working, the cleaner refused and said no changes would be made, directing us to talk to reception instead. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel with such high prices. It was a total waste of money and very disappointing. I strongly recommend future guests thoroughly inspect the room before confirming their stay, as many basic amenities might not be operational.

This is among the worst hotels I've encountered. The rooms were dirty and had a bad odor. The reception staff acted very unprofessionally. I was charged a high price for a simple room. Although I paid online through the OYO app, I was asked to pay again at the hotel and have yet to receive a refund from OYO. The photos provided were deceptive and inaccurate.
