Qotel Comfort Chattarpur - Near Chattarpur Metro

There was a nail on the hotel floor that pierced my foot. The room was infested with tiny cockroaches. I was charged 30 rupees for water, even though water was supposed to be included in the booking package. Furthermore, there was a hole in the room's wall. Regarding the food I ordered, the staff collected 250 rupees from me; however, an hour and a half later, they informed me that no food was available. They then brazenly admitted that they had spent the money on alcohol, asking me to provide my phone number so they could transfer the funds to me in the evening. Only after much insistence and heated argument did the hotel staff finally return the 250 rupees. Moreover, despite having booked an AC room, I was told that I had actually booked a non-AC room; they then collected an additional 500 rupees specifically for the air conditioning. Finally, although the hotel was listed as having televisions—and a TV was clearly visible in the amenities listed on my booking confirmation—I was not provided with one. When I raised this issue, they flatly refused, stating that televisions were not available in any of the rooms and that I could not be provided with one.

Worst hotel i have ever visited, there was no AC no TV whole day water was not there the washroom selling was leaking and no adjaust fant , zero ventilation in the room. Staff was too bad with zero coordination. And they openly ask for extra amount to give these basic Ammenties such a horrible stay worst day of my life.

Visited this hotel on 22 Feb 26. Very pathetic conditon of room. No basic amenities are provided. Toilet was dirty. Despite reminders all three days I took bath in cold water as there was no hot water. The room was residence of cockroaches. Fully disappointed.

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not RecommendedI had a very bad experience at Qotel Hotel Chattarpur. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The reception staff richa behaved very rudely and did not know how to talk to guests. Their attitude was unacceptable.The room was very dirty and not properly cleaned. Basic hygiene standards were not maintained. There was no hot water available, and even the telephone service in the room was not working. When we tried to contact reception, there was no proper response.Overall, the service was terrible, the rooms were unhygienic, and the staff behavior was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
