The Ventus- A Boutique Hotel @ Delhi Airport

Stayed at Hotel The Ventus and had a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all. I saw cockroaches and also found insects/ticks (chichad) in parts of the bed and room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. A hotel room should be clean and safe for guests, but that was not the case here. The presence of these pests raised serious hygiene and safety concerns. I reported the issue to the staff but did not get a satisfactory solution. The hotel needs to urgently improve cleanliness and pest control. I would not recommend this hotel and advise other travelers to read reviews carefully before booking.

My family had to contact the Delhi Police at midnight to secure a refund for a room we never stayed in. Although we paid in full at check-in, we found the room dirty and noticed people drinking on the premises. We chose not to stay, but the staff denied a refund and the owner did not respond to calls. The hotel only agreed to refund after the police intervened. This is not what hospitality should be—it's totally unacceptable. I strongly recommend others stay away from this hotel. Had a pleasant stay near IGI airport for a night. The place felt safe and the staff were honest, returning an item I left in my room. Mr. Ashutosh was very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet even the most basic hospitality and guest service standards. I stayed in Room 302 and 307, and the experience was unpleasant and unacceptable throughout. Upon entering the rooms, it was obvious they were not clean or well maintained. The walls were stained and dirty, and the overall hygiene was very poor. The air conditioning did not work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathrooms were in bad shape, with rust on many fixtures, showing neglect in upkeep. What bothered me most was the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. There were insects in the bathroom, and the bedsheets had hairs and stains, which is unacceptable for any hotel claiming quality service. Guests expect at least a clean environment, but that was not provided here. The service was also disappointing. I asked for a water bottle, but despite telling the staff, it was never brought. This shows poor coordination and lack of attention by the hotel team. The worst part was in the evening when I took a bath and saw water coming improperly from the tap area, indicating a major plumbing issue. When I reported it, the staff just said "it cannot be fixed" instead of addressing it professionally. This response is unprofessional and shows lack of accountability and concern for guests. Overall, the hotel showed serious neglect in cleanliness, maintenance, service, and guest satisfaction. The staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional. A hotel stay should offer comfort, cleanliness, and good service, but this was the opposite. I am very disappointed with the management and hospitality standards here. I strongly suggest they improve staff training, room upkeep, hygiene, and service quality to prevent other guests from having such a bad experience.
