Very poor service don't ever stay in this hotel

The service was terrible; I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff behavior was overall good...but charge is very very high for this kind of rooms.

The staff's behavior was generally good, but the price is extremely high for rooms of this type.

Review on above aspects plus few more in absolute terms e.g. EXCELLENT (E), GOOD(G), AVERAGE(A) and POOR(P).LOCATION:-E-Why? a. on the heart of joy of city. b. Howrah, Sealdah and Kolkata Rly stn are not far away, hardly 30 mins by four wheeler. c. Market for almost all commodities are in close proximity. d. Few notable areas like hazra, bhawanipur, tollygunge, esplanade, parkstreet etc are well within reach. e. well connected by public & private conveyances. f. good resturants are at hazra for dining and standards ones are at esplanade and parkstreet, where u can reach easily.SERVICE:-E. Why? staff are very customer friendly and cooperative at every point of time. In one line-You ask and they are at your service with a smiling face.DINNING POINT/RESTURANT:- NOT RATED SINCE UNDER COMPLETE RENOVATION AND THUS NONFUNCTIONAL.ROOMS: A. Why? some of the rooms are crying for maintenence. Office management says; they are. taking care on this aspects but I feel, little more attention is to be paid on this aspect. I checked two rooms categorised as Standard and Normal based on which I gave my above observations. Premium Rooms might be better as offloaded images say that.INFRASTRUCTURE:-A. Why? No elevator. Difficult to climb stairs by senior citizens or for those who have knee issues.
