RedFox Hotel-T.Nagar

I reserved a room for 1461rs after confirming by phone that early check-in was permitted. However, upon arrival, they demanded an additional 2400rs beyond the original payment. They did not give a satisfactory explanation. No refund was given, and it felt like a scam. Who would pay 2400rs for early check-in, which is more than the room's actual rent? Since I lost trust, I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Red Fox Hotel. The friendly greeting at check-in and the flawless service during my visit made me feel well cared for. The rooms were stylish, clean, and very cozy. It offered an ideal mix of comfort, ease, and great hospitality. I strongly suggest it to everyone.

The staff at the 3rd grade level are very rude and seem unaware that they are supposed to be in hospitality. Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were tidy, clean, and very cozy. The staff were kind, courteous, and always willing to assist. The location is perfect, especially for shopping and getting around T Nagar. Check-in was easy, the atmosphere was nice, and overall it was a delightful experience. Strongly suggest it for family or business trips. Will surely return!

The staff were very rude and did not take responsibility. I booked through Goibibo, and if there was an issue, he should have spoken to me politely, but instead he was rude and told me to talk to Goibibo. He canceled my rooms without informing me beforehand.
