I'm totally thrilled with the hospitality, their Outlook and inlook is fabulous, the staff omg they take care of your so much really loved it...their warm welcome, the smile they put on is like so natural, the housekeeping staff they are alwats available anytime you called up. We just asked for the bonfire to the manager and the way they have arranged it was more than unexpected. No seriosuly they really take care of every details of yours. As I'm a spicy lover so what they did is...they kept in their mind and they also made special curry for me + they know I love aloo patatha so again in my breakfast they know what I'll eat. Even at night Mr. Pramod stay up when we were enjoying our bonfire, till his shift was over and on midnight the other staff was there to help us. Even though their shift was over still they did not though of distrubing us our moment. Seriosuly I really had an amazing time there. And would love to give a round of applause to all the staff that are working very hard to make the guest feel like home and family. Would be looking forward to visit again. Thank u so much for making it more beautiful.

I had a very good overall experience at this hotel. While the room size might not be considered large, it was perfectly adequate and functional for a solo business traveler, providing everything necessary without feeling cramped.A significant highlight was the front office staff, who were consistently professional, efficient, and good-natured, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property to fellow business travelers looking for a reliable, well-located, and friendly stay.

Fabulous experience. The team was absolutely diligent and warm. They ensured a phenomenal time away from the chaos.The property looks serene and the effort that the staff takes to maintain it is beyond appreciable.Additionally, the food is exceptionally delicious (biased for their tea :p)Would totally recommend!

It is in a location which is slightly away from the hustle of the city.Makes for a quite and yet very accessible stay.Ample parking is available. Lovely garden which is well kept by the gardening staff.Do stroll through it.Staff is professional courteous and provide great service.Rooms are good size clean and well maintained. Laundry service is available at extra charge.The hotel has a complimentary pick up and drop to the city.Confirm timings from front desk.The front office staff will guide if anything is required regarding sightseeing in and around Nainital. Dining menu for breakfast and dinner is great (which i signed up for ) and there is live singing by Rawat ji who is a good singer and will accommodate guest requests for songs.I stayed for 5 days from 5th till 10th.Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.Ask for early check in if required at front desk.Activities can be arranged by the hotel,do ask at front desk ( eg Housie Kite flying,Bonfire etc).All in all a good stay for me and this is the second time I had been here.Would recommend guests to consider staying here when they visit Nainital.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and welcoming greeting that set the tone for our stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere ’ perfect for a relaxing getaway in Nainital.The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was truly amazing, and what made it even more special was how they asked for our personal preferences and prepared delicious dishes exactly the way we wanted ’ a truly personalized touch!Their shuttle service was prompt and convenient, making travel to and from the main town very easy.Overall, it was a delightful experience ’ great hospitality, lovely ambiance, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Nainital!
