The location is easy access. Staff were very Supportive and helpful. The property is nice but seems poorly maintained. The Elevator seem not cleaned in ages. Inside the elevator is smelly.When we Enter to our room it was smelly again like someone just used the toilet in the room. So we asked to put some air freshner. Buy later realized it coming from commod due to drainage issue. Therfore second day we switched to another room.After rectifying the issue The staff were helpful and gave us another room immediately. The second room was nice and Clean.We stayed in the 3rd floor.But Striclty No/extremely weak wifi in both rooms. So dont expect wifi the rooms we stayed (305/310). it seems they already knew about wifi issue. But overall its ok for the budget we paid.

This responsiveness was particularly appreciated given my late arrival at 1 AM with elderly companions. The staff not only confirmed my booking but also ensured a seamless check-in process. Although there was an issue with the acceptance of international credit cards, the hotel staff handled it gracefully, allowing for payment the next day to accommodate my fatigue after long travel.Overall ExperienceMy stay at Hotel Royal Paris was nothing short of excellent, providing outstanding value for the money spent. Too Many small cockroches comes out at night. I requested at the reception to change room but neglected it. So if u r able to live with small cockroaches u can stay there. Rooms r very nice. Interiors also very nice. All very good but only problem is small cockroaches only
