Overall, I liked the service and appreciate the support I received. A special thanks to Abdul and the billing counter staff for helping me collect my bike late in the evening. I received the pickup message only at 6:10 PM, while the billing counter was closing at 6:30 PM. Despite the short notice, they were cooperative and ensured I could take delivery of my bike. Their support was much appreciated.Concern about the service process:I would like to share a concern regarding the way free services are handled.I reached the service center at 8:30 AM, and there were hardly five bikes ahead of me. At the entrance, the watchman instructed customers to park free service bikes on one side and paid service bikes on the other. From that point onward, it felt like paid service vehicles were being given priority.My bike was in for its 4th free service, which mainly required an engine oil change, air filter replacement, and a general check-up. Around 1:00 PM, I received a call suggesting additional parts replacement, which I declined. After that, there was nothing major to be done.However, I was informed that the bike would only be ready the next day. When I visited the service center that evening, I noticed that most of the paid service bikes that had arrived after mine had already been serviced and delivered.This raises an important question: Why should a simple free service take more than a full day when paid service bikes are completed first? A ’free service’ isn’t actually free’I still paid over ’3,000 for consumables and other charges. Customers who come for free service should receive the same level of priority and service quality as those opting for paid service.I hope the service center reviews this process and ensures that all customers are treated fairly, regardless of whether the service is categorized as free or paid.

Visited for ather training. The rooms were close by and clean. The staff were friendly. Manager Mohd Zuber is also a very nice person. Looking forward to coming back next time. Sv comforts btm.
