This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The reception staff was extremely rude. They did not provide sealed water bottles as advertised and instead gave us unsealed bottles filled with ordinary water, which travelers are generally uncomfortable drinking. The way the staff spoke to us was very disrespectful and unlike anything we have experienced during our travels. We were also unhappy with the hotel’s ambience and cleanliness. The room smelt weird and we saw roaches in the room. Overall, the stay did not provide value for the price paid.
Shady hotel. Bathrooms are dirty and tiny. Outside streets are dim, dirty, broken. Cockroaches were found in the food and staff was very vaishali about it.Book something else. Worst experience in life.
Hotel is located near to US consulate, so it’s conveniently located at a walking distance from there. Room is ok. Bathroom is extremely small. Breakfast is ok. It’s fine if you want to stay overnight. Otherwise I would not recommend.
