Snowline Resort

Everything was perfect with the stay. We loved the stay. The staffs were very helpful starting from helping us with luggage along with the room services. Food was upto the mark, breakfast buffet had a mix of dishes with both North Indian and South Indian dishes. Snacks, Dinner was also good. The view from the Room was also awesome.The stay is highly recommended for its calmness, view and great food.

This is a hotel not a resort. And this is a budget hotel. Rooms are neet and clean. Stay was comfortable. The view from room was great. I took the free breakfast package. Breakfast is good. They also serve dinner, which is very good with genuine price. Had an awesome stay here for 3 nights. Definitely recommended.

Best resort to visit with ur family with out any problem, can have the best view frm the balcony, the staffs were too very polite nd helpful. There is all typs of facilities here. I stayed at Snow Line Resort, Munnar at the end of January, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.At the time of check-in, we were told that we would get 2 rooms for ’8,500 for 2 nights. However, when we asked for a proper receipt, the staff said that if we wanted the rooms at ’8,500, they would not be able to provide any receipt. They clearly implied that the price was only possible without documentation. This immediately raised concerns as they initially refused to give a proper bill.After check-in, we went for dinner at the hotel, and honestly, it was the worst meal we had during our entire Kerala trip. The food had no salt, was completely tasteless, and the quality was extremely poor. It was shocking and very disappointing.The next morning, while we were getting ready to explore Munnar, the same receptionist who handled our check-in suddenly asked when we would be checking out. We were surprised because we had clearly booked the rooms for 2 nights. He then started arguing, claiming that he had never agreed to 2 nights and denied what was discussed the previous day. When we reminded him that he himself had mentioned ’8,500 for 2 nights without a receipt, he denied that as well and began arguing again. Eventually, we were pressured and forced to check out.This entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. The lack of transparency, refusal to provide a receipt, poor food quality, and the sudden change in booking terms made our day & trip very stressful.’’ Strong advice to future travelers: Please confirm everything in writing before making payment and insist on proper documentation. Be very careful, as our experience suggests a lack of transparency.Highly disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
