Good stay

I booked a cottage room and no doubt it is a good room but I think i paid more than it actually costs and in menu the options are there but limited. The location of property is awesome with good views in front of you. The staff is also very good. The only thing I saw missing in cottage room was there is no exhaust in toilet + the quantity of food I ordered and pay was a bit less, since the option to order are limited and cost is high. Rest with family it is a nice place to hang out as they have big terrace on the 5 th floor and you can enjoy at night with music + bonfire etc. overall it's a good property to stay with family but the rate of room + food could have been a little less. Otherwise it's all good.

Looking at the decent size of the property, expected a better experience. Stayed here for 3 nights.Let me break this down a bit - Pros - 1. Good location and view from the rooms.2. Nearby adventure spots will keep you busy.3. Rooms are decently spacious.4. Restaurant staff is courteousCons - 1. Cleanliness needs to be bumped higher. Linen is not too clean. Had to repeatedly pester them to get a cleaner bedsheet.2. My room had a stale smell to start with. Requested a different room and the response that I got was, the entire hotel is booked.. haha.. there were only 4 families during my entire stay. most of their property was vacant.. and yet the reluctance to offer a different room.On the 3rd night, my child spilled some water on the bed and that is when they accidentally offered me to sleep in another room.. 3. Toiletries need a BIG improvement.. really bad. 4. In house entertainment - ZERO. The billiards table is a hoax. there is only one que stick and that too broken and heavily taped. Don't even look at that room shown in the pictures.Foosball, that is a wonder.. haha.. UNPLAYABLE.5. The property at the first look, seems good but it is UP for renovation/maintenance real soon.No wonder the property was deserted. I went out for dinner to a nearby resort one night and to my surprise, I saw the parking all full, no place to sit in the restaurant. I could see the stark difference between both the properties and how upbeat the other properties were.On the same night, I forgot my hotel keycard in the restaurant. I reported this at the reception, and I was told that I would be levied a penalty of Rs 500/-. HAHA.. that keycard and honestly the shabby condition of it cannot cost more than 10 rupees. I travel to Himachal a lot, never less than 7-8 times a year.. and have stayed at a lot of resorts and hence can speak out of experience. This property lacks the warmth of hospitality and the maintenance is a big let down.not recommended till they get there act together!

Not a good place to stay. Housekeeping and cleanliness was terrible. They used same towels to clean the washrooms which they give you to clean your face/ body. When enquired about this the hotel employee said that since you have seen us cleaning the toilet, we will discard this face towel. There was problem with the AC also in the room.WiFi was not good, got regularly disconnected in frequently .There was problem with there tandoor and oven also. Due to low occupancy , many options in the food menu were not available. One thing which was good was the sunrise view from the hotel room and food was delicious and freshly cooked. When requested less spicy food for small children, they quickly made it and fresh food was served.
