Our stay was wonderful! A big thank you to Colonel Uday Bhan Singh ji for his kindness and politeness as a host. The staff were also very friendly and hospitable. We really appreciated the hospitality and the entire experience. Definitely recommend!

Staying at Col. Singh’s place was a wonderful experience. The property, which is 150 years old, is rich in history and charm, making the visit truly unique. Talking with Col. Singh about his days playing polo and his notable Army career was one of the best parts of our trip — insightful, engaging, and unforgettable. He was an outstanding host — very helpful with restaurant tips, kind enough to help with bookings, proactive in guiding us on fair cab rates for local tours, and always ready with thoughtful advice. His warmth and care made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay that combines heritage, hospitality, and meaningful conversations.

Our time at Cavalry Abhay Niwas was wonderful, spanning five nights. The highlight was being personally welcomed by the host, Colonel Udan Bhan Singh, upon our arrival. The room was large and tidy, with the entire property exuding a majestic atmosphere. Throughout our stay, Hiralal from housekeeping was always just a call away and attentively met all our needs. The tasty breakfast each morning was an added delight. The location is also convenient, close to various local markets and tourist spots, making it very suitable. Overall, we enjoyed a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely return.

This place was a real gem. The owner is a kind and very pleasant man that really made the trip special. He shared his family history and past with us which felt very special. The staff and the place itself was just perfect.
