My husband and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at The Claridges in Delhi. Very warm hospitality, beautiful rooms and bathroom, impeccable housekeeping and room service. The lobby and the overall hotel decor is regal and charming, and harks back to an era of luxury that's long gone. Our special thanks to Mr Pardeep Singh, the duty manager, who very generously upgraded us to a palatial suite on both nights, and regularly checked-in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and tailored as requested based on our preferences. The gym was top notch.We haven't experienced such personal service even at Taj/ Oberoi. The Claridges will be our preferred choice for all future Delhi visits .

From the moment I arrived the staff at The Claridges were so warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Ambesh and the reception staff were very welcoming and helped me settle in - which was so reassuring as I was travelling on my own. My 18yo daughter (on her Gap year and coming from Nepal) arrived the next day and they kept me informed of when the car picked her up and that she was on her way. The food is amazing - especially the breakfast buffet!!! Amrit, Om, and Souinudeen really looked after us and explained all the Indian dishes (all delicious) and we had a tour of the whole hotel including the gym and restaurants. Ambesh also helped us arrange a driver for a trip to the spice market and have local advice on sites to see. And I must mention Prakesh from housekeeping who looked after our room and made the most amazing towel elephant! Breathtakingly beautiful hotel and superb staff - we can’t wait to come back.

Her welcoming nature and guest-centric approach exemplify the highest standards of hospitality.I would also like to sincerely appreciate Kamlesh from the Food & Beverage team. His attentiveness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality elevated every dining experience. His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction deserves special recognition.Overall, my stay at The Claridges was an outstanding experience that perfectly combined luxury, comfort, exceptional service, and world-class hospitality.
