Location is only close to the nearby SVB tech park. Other than that all other locations are too far. Room is not as per shown on the this platform while booking. No table to keep things or to work. WiFi signal wont be available inside the room. And no water heater. So be ready to take a chill bath in Coimbatore morning weather.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people via the Rapido Travel app. Upon arrival, the reception told us breakfast wasn't prepared on-site and that food would come from an outside hotel. They also said SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED. The worst part was the meal booking: the app shows the CP Meal was added at 3:38 PM and removed at 3:39 PM without informing or getting our consent. Breakfast was charged at ₹330 per room, but about ₹640 wasn't refunded. No clear explanation was given for removing the meal after payment. This practice is very disappointing and misleading. If breakfast isn't available on-site, customers should be informed before booking and payment. Meals shouldn't be removed without guest knowledge. I urge Rapido Travel and the property to look into this and refund the pending amount immediately. Very poor customer experience. Be cautious when booking meal-inclusive rooms here.
