Worst place to stay. Agoda should remove from listing.I got smoking room even though I asked for non smoking. Breakfast they're serving bread and Jam. I don't know how we can call it a breakfast.

AVOID BOOKING THIS PLACEMy room had cockroaches. The bed had tiny insects. The drain in the washroom was clogged. The heater wasn't working. When I raised these issues the staff said that I should have informed 1 hour before my bath that I needed hot water. Very bad experience. Avoid staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chennai and had a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage is its location ’ it is very close to the US Visa VFS center, and it hardly took me 5 minutes to walk there. The hotel is situated in a residential area, which makes it quiet and comfortable. Cabs are easily accessible, though it is quite far from the metro station (Subway).The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was also good.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for both solo travelers and families.

Do not waste your money or time here ’’’Absolutely terrible hotel. No free water, leaking bathroom taps, no hot water, TV not working ’ nothing in this room functioned properly. The staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. After checkout, they had the nerve to call and demand ’60 for water bottles, which is ridiculous and cheap even by budget-hotel standards. This place has zero hospitality, zero maintenance, and zero respect for guests..’’’’
