I reserved the West Fort Hotel C2H banquet hall for my child's birthday on August 29th, initially impressed by the manager's courteous demeanor. However, after securing our booking, their true nature and greed became apparent. They insisted we use their in-house decorator, who charged over three times the normal market price. When we raised concerns, the manager fully supported the vendor, showing clear greed. They also promised a proper food tasting before booking but only provided a basic "mini meal" from their restaurant, which was mediocre and not worth the high price. Because of their unprofessionalism, poor food quality, and exorbitant decoration fees, we canceled our event. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our ₹10,000 advance and booked the same date for another client, profiting twice from our cancellation. This hotel relies on false promises, average food, and greedy practices. If you plan to book here, insist on speaking with the decorator before paying, check market prices, and get all promises in writing.
