We had a wonderful stay at Woodville Palace. The staff took excellent care of us, even accommodating meals for our 8 month old when needed. My older one enjoyed the IPL playoff screening thoroughly! Special thanks to the team for also figuring out a backup taxi service for me to keep my journey on track for the next leg. Overall highly recommend stay for families with little children.

The location is perfect’peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to enjoy Shimla easily. The restaurant and food were excellent; every meal felt special, and the service was warm and attentive.The entire property has a royal vibe, beautiful architecture, and heritage character that makes your stay feel unique and premium.The only small suggestion would be for the front desk team to share more information during check-in about the hotel’s heritage’like when it was built, which royal family it belonged to, and which movies have been shot here. A Magical Snowy Stay at Hotel Woodville Palace, Shimla.We had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Woodville Palace, Shimla (A Heritage Property since 1938). The hotel itself is beautiful, full of old-world charm, and offers a classic heritage experience while still being very comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for the chilly weather.The most special part of our trip was that it started snowing on 23rd January 2025, the very day we arrived ’’ The entire property looked straight out of a movie scene, and the snowfall made our stay absolutely magical. Our trip was already exciting, but that snowfall truly made our day unforgettable.The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hospitality and service were excellent.Talking about the food ’’’? Breakfast was absolutely awesome!Great taste, good quality, and nice variety.A special thanks to the bellboy as well.
