Dear All, avoid choosing this place. The rooms are not clean and tidy. The food is overpriced and of poor quality.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room was dirty, and the service was very slow. The staff's rude and unfriendly attitude made the experience even worse. Good customer service is crucial in hospitality, but it was missing here. Given the cost and expectations, this place did not meet even the basic standards. I cannot recommend this hotel due to poor customer service and staff behavior.

The location is lovely and visually appealing. However, the service in the cafe was not very good.

This hotel is highly overrated and not worth more than 3K per night. While the location is nice and the property has a rustic appeal, it is poorly maintained. Cleanliness was lacking; towels and bedsheets were not clean. The food is overpriced and tastes average, though the breakfast spread was decent. Most importantly, the way guests were treated was unacceptable. The property is often booked for private parties, and guests are not allowed to walk around the common garden. Are guests expected to stay locked in their rooms after paying 9K per night? My friend and I were just walking and taking pictures in the common garden, far from the private party area, but a security guard told us we couldn't be there because the entire property was booked for a private event. Why accept bookings then? The private party was noisy until late. Overall, a very bad stay and experience. We also tried coffee from the main gate counter, which was bad and cost 200 rupees. Nothing here felt worth it. Additionally, if you want to hire a cab for sightseeing, avoid this place as their cab provider charges much higher rates than others.

The property is very beautiful, but the staff were rude. They allowed photos with phones but said using a camera would incur a charge. Lunch service begins only after 2, so we couldn't order much.
