Our stay at Asar CP Outer Circle was very disappointing, and I would not consider returning. We booked a Suite Room based on the online pictures, but the actual room was nothing like the photos and was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room had several problems: rain caused leaks through the roof flooding parts of the room, and the bathroom drain was blocked, leaving the bathroom flooded after every shower. The biggest problem was the staff and service. The reception team was very unprofessional, especially the night shift gentleman. Requests took a long time or were ignored. Promises to check and call back were never fulfilled. Basic services like replacing towels, tissues, water bottles, and cleaning were often forgotten or had to be asked for multiple times. Despite staying three nights, housekeeping was poor. One unacceptable incident involved food delivery: the delivery person told reception it was for Room 202, but hours later the night receptionist said he thought the food had spoiled and might have been thrown away. We were never informed the food arrived, asked if we wanted it, or told it would be discarded. It is not acceptable for reception to dispose of guest belongings without informing them. The next morning, we asked for the manager's contact to report issues, but it took over three hours and repeated follow-ups. We had to go to reception ourselves, where staff claimed not to have the manager's number or know who the manager was, saying they were "new." Eventually, we got a number but the manager never answered calls. No one took responsibility or addressed complaints. Additionally, a staff member entered our room with a master key without knocking or warning, violating privacy and hotel etiquette, which made us very uncomfortable. This hotel has serious problems with maintenance, customer service, communication, staff training, and respect for guests' privacy. Service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional throughout. I do not recommend this hotel, regardless of location. The photos are misleading, service is unacceptable, and staff lack accountability. There are much better options in Connaught Place. Avoid the frustration and stay elsewhere.
