This homestay is very comfortable, featuring a large room with a nice bathroom, a cozy bed, and air conditioning. It's centrally located for rickshaw or taxi rides, but walking to attractions is quite challenging. The area is mainly hospitals and business offices. The payment method was confusing; although I booked through booking.com, Avanti required full payment via their own portal before arrival, which initially seemed suspicious but ended up fine. I suggest they use the booking platform's payment system to build trust. The staff were very friendly. However, they couldn't serve breakfast before 10am, which is unreasonable. They shouldn't advertise "with breakfast" if they can't provide it early.

Good location and a decent hotel. The rooms had plenty of space, but the price seemed somewhat steep given the general state of the property. They charged an extra ₹1500 daily for a third guest in the apartment, which felt a bit pricey. Breakfast wasn't part of the ₹5k rate, but having a studio kitchen made it easy to prepare basic meals.

The room was pretty good, and the garden atmosphere at the entrance was really charming. The staff was very attentive. I wish there had been a bathmat since there was nothing to dry my feet between the bathroom and bedroom.
