Overall good . It is recommend based on the location. No lift. All rooms are on the first floor which felt like second floor as it is as per old design which makes it spacious. Staffs are polite and professional. Overall recommeded

Я забронировала стандартный номер на два дня. Приехала очень рано утром, и мне разрешили оставить вещи и принять душ в коридоре. При этом сразу объяснили, что мой номер есть, но он ещё не освободился, так как я приехала рано. Я это понимала и спокойно отнеслась, после чего ушла гулять. Примерно через два часа мне позвонили и сказали, что номер, который я бронировала, уже готов, а также предложили номер побольше по более выгодной цене. Я отказалась, так как останавливалась всего на два дня и больший номер мне не нужен. Вечером я вернулась в отель. Меня зарегистрировали, приняли оплату и повели за 2–3 улицы в другое здание. Там условия проживания оказались ужасными и совсем не соответствовали информации при бронировании. Я испытала сильный стресс, чувство неопределённости и страха, ситуация довела меня до слёз. Позже человек, который меня туда привёл, кому-то позвонил, и меня вернули обратно в здание, указанное в Booking по геолокации и куда я приехала изначально. В итоге меня поселили в большой номер, который мне предлагали ранее. На следующий день мне пришлось переехать. Стресс не прошёл, а время и силы были потрачены. К сожалению, опыт проживания был очень неприятным.
