الغرف بلا شبابيك ولا توجد تهوية الا من التكييف ومروحة الحمام والثلاجة تعمل بدون تبريد حطيت علي الماي كم ساعة ولازالت بنفس درجة برودتها الغاديةل للاسف لن اكرر التجربة

فندق تعامل سيء للغاية، خاصة من الموظف في الفترة الصباحية الذي كان يميز بين النزلاء بطريقة عنصرية. تجربتي كانت مخيبة للآمال. الغرف كانت جيدة جداً، لكن المعاملة كانت سيئة جداً. The hotel service was very poor, particularly the morning shift staff who showed discriminatory behavior towards guests. My experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were very good, but the service and treatment were very bad. होटल की सेवा और व्यवहार बहुत खराब था, खासकर सुबह की शिफ्ट में काम करने वाले कर्मचारी का व्यवहार। वह मेहमानों के साथ भेदभावपूर्ण तरीके से पेश आया। मेरा अनुभव बहुत निराशाजनक रहा। कमरे बहुत अच्छे थे, लेकिन सेवा और व्यवहार बेहद खराब था।

Everything okay, only bathroom is not good.

We stayed in the executive suite. The balcony was really nice, as it overlooked a busy street below, and it was nice just sitting there and watching the day go by. From a corner the sea was visible too, but given the dense trees along the pavement, it was just a glance. Everything is available just a stone's throw away, so very convenient. The restaurant on the terrace was good, just wish the elevator went straight to the top. The last flight of stairs are tricky, especially during rains. Room service was prompt, we changed rooms three times (purely on our request), just because we kept upgrading. Overall very good stay.
