The rooms were extremely unclean. There were cigarette butts scattered on the floor. The bed was dirty, with stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. The walls had paan gutkha stains, cobwebs, dust, and dampness. It felt like a questionable place.

My experience at Keten Regency was quite disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, feeling damp and soggy. The bedsheets looked dirty and seemed unchanged before I arrived. The blankets had a bad odor, making the stay unpleasant. The room was very small, and the whole property felt cramped with little space. Cleanliness was below what I expected, and the room's condition did not match the advertisement. The only good point was that the service was okay, and the staff were fairly helpful. Still, good service couldn't compensate for the bad room conditions and hygiene issues. To me, it seemed more like a budget one-star place rather than a quality hotel. Based on my stay, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a clean and comfortable visit.

Totally awful! I booked through Brevistay but they wouldn't let us check in right away! We had to wait 15 minutes, and only after I reached out to customer service did they begrudgingly let us in. The room they gave us was really bad! When I complained, they moved us to the next room, but it was infested with cockroaches! The ceiling had holes, so the A/C couldn't work well at all. It was a really terrible experience!
