Worst service ever. The receptionist makes you pay to their personal account and gives you an unhygienic room with a dirty washroom. They are not friendly at all.

Room is good but maintenance is poor, service is not good, no hygiene, no cleanliness. Only 2 guys at reception are polite, rest are rude. People are only interested in money for zero service. Rooms have cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom is dirty, taps are rusted, TV doesn't work, they won't give water without asking, no tissues, no bathroom accessories, no tea or coffee after 2 small bottles of water. They say take water from the can available, no shampoo, soap, or body wash. They clean the room once in 3 days after calling them multiple times. Bedsheets are stained and not changed. Very poor service. Pathetic experience.

I would suggest taking a hostel for cheaper than this poorly managed place. No water supply, cockroaches in the rooms, and the staff is arrogant and doesn't care about guests at all. I would give a negative rating if possible.
