This hotel not reliable. Don't trust their pick up service. They only start when guest out of airport gate and roads are bad, takes long time for 'FREE' pick up to come. They use old Maruti Omni for pick up. Also, food quantity very less. Surprised my review on Booking.com posted when I didn't post anything.

Disappointing Booking Experience

I had my booking confirmed, but I had to pay at the hotel when checking in. Last night (4 September 2024) I arrived with my wife, but the receptionist said there were no rooms available. He told me my booking was cancelled, but I never got any email about it. I'm really disappointed because it's hard to find another hotel at night. Not recommended at all.
