KAY-EM Spectra

We stayed at Kay M Spectra Hotel, Chennai for a night during a business visit. The room we chose was modest in size but very neat and well maintained. While it lacked amenities such as a safe locker, refrigerator, and savory accompaniments, complimentary water bottles were provided. The bed mattress and pillows were excellent, ensuring a very pleasant and comfortable sleep. The bathroom stood out with an excellent shower and health faucet, both offering good water pressure. The 6th-floor window view gave a nice skyline view of the surrounding buildings, adding to the overall stay experience.The complimentary breakfast offered a good spread with a variety of cuisines, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Considering the pricing, the stay was reasonably good value for money. However, significant improvement is required in the lobby and reception areas. The first impression upon entering the hotel does not quite match expectations from a property that claims five-star status. With better attention to these front-end areas, the overall guest experience could be considerably enhanced.

We recently hosted my sister’s engagement function here, and it was a wonderful experience. Both the rooms and the overall service were excellent.A special shout-out to the staff’they were incredibly helpful with the logistics, assisting us with unloading all our supplies and moving everything into the rooms and the hall. They also did a fantastic job serving food to our guests. Their support made the event much less stressful for our family

This hotel is an underestimated one just because it's not facing highway or high traffic junction. If you are travelling for business or family, please do consider this hotel. It's nothing less than any other famous 3 star hotels.Hotel staff are courteous.Murugan took care of the room well and kept it very clean and tidy.Food: breakfast spread is awesome. Almost everything is available. If not available, you only had to ask.

I and my family stayed here for couple of nights and had a pleasant experience. Access to the hotel is easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful right from our check in to checkout..The rooms were neat and clean and so were the restrooms.They had a decent buffet breakfast that you should consider adding when booking.Special thanks to Shabuddin at the front desk who helped us with porter shipment of our items.Overall great experience!Would highly recommend this place.
