FabHotel Sholas Residency I - Nr. Rose Garden

This hotel doesn't function properly.Seems like owners have visited the property since long .Poor cleanliness.Staff service is also pathetic

Owner of the property was helpful and offered all types of help he could but the rooms were so untidy, that we dint had his help. Seems like a cheap copy of OYO rooms suitable for 1k.per night types. Not sure how Fab Hotels took this property under their banner and didn't worked on it. Took me 3hrs on Saturday morning to sort this with Customer care of Fab hotel.My clicked pictures says it all, not gonna elaborate much here..Location is at the curvy dead end where there is no lights in the evening..Rooms need complete renovation before opening for public.Bathroom needs repair too.Cleanliness needs much attention than all factors.No lift in the premises, have to do up n down yourself.Checked in at 8pm and checked out early morning next day...

The worst hotel one could ever get. They are completely fraudulent. Please do not trust them or reserve rooms here. They provide terrible service, the staff is extremely uncourteous and rude, the rooms are dark and smelly, there is no hot water, no drinking water and the food is something even dogs won’t eat. And they will try to grab extra money through every opportunity they get, over and above the unreasonable pricing of the rooms. Staying here is not recommended at all. They will never refund your booking amount as well if you are unable to stay there. This business should shut down.

Very Worst experience. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the washrooms are not at all usable. Only 1 or 2 options in breakfast which is also a taste less. Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Window was there but couldn’t open as there was no safety net and there were monkeys and insects outside.3) Room heater is available at extra premium.4) Bathroom door was old and broken.5)Linen and overall room was not that clean.
