We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Palve Sugavasam Resorts with our family. The reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to major tourist attractions in Ooty.A special appreciation for the room service team ’ whenever we asked for anything, they were quick, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering multiple varieties each day, which made our mornings even better.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation.I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ooty with family. Hi, We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The room service was fast, and the staff were very friendly. The food was good and always arrived on time.The honeymoon setup was lovely ’ we really appreciated the special touches like the rose petals, room upgrade. It made our stay feel very special.Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would happily recommend this place to other couples!

I had a very disappointing stay at this resort. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The rooms were not clean, with dirty linens and a bad smell. The bathroom widows are broken and very dirty,The facilities shown in the pictures were either unavailable or in very bad condition. The food was overpriced and lacked quality. Overall, the experience was nothing like what was advertised. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We from St Raphaels school, Chennai came to Ooty on 10.7.25 and stayed in this resort.Resort was good to stay, ambience, food and hospitality are adorable. Students enjoyed the stay and it is an unforgettable moments.Camp fire was awesome. Very good place to take photo shoot.
