Hotel Agarala Residency

Hopeless. Very rude front office and house keeping. No tip no service, those were his words. Cigarette butts, cockroaches, dust.....what not.

The Rooms and Services are pathetic. They cost around 1.5K for a A/C Double bedroom but they lack to provide proper facilities. Doesn't have proper ventilation, bed light and very congested room. No water provided and no hot water during night. The corridor smells very bad, a lot of smoking smells. No proper cleaning in rooms and bathroom.I booked it via Agoda and said that air conditioning is a facility but no AC room was given. I had to pay an extra amount and change to the AC room.Despite their pathetic service still the workers demand tips of 100-200 for each person with no shame.Never recommend this hotel. There are other hotels in the same lane which provide very good services for the same amount.

Agarala residency is very nearest to rts bus stand railway station and vishnu nivas complex. Very calm and decent location.

I stayed in Agarala hotel many times in last 7 years. It was always the best experience, however I was there yday for a day and it was a total disappointment experience. No towels, bed linen, soap, tooth brush and even if water bottles were provided. You have to ask everything in person going to reception.Only two car parks are available and very congested.I decided to no longer visit this from now on and I suggest everyone to think twice and thrice before you book this.
