The rooms are quite small, and some of the bathroom taps were not working properly.The breakfast area on the 4th floor was disappointing. The handwash basins were very unhygienic. There was only one staff member managing the entire breakfast service. And no ac.After clearing used plates, without washing hands she check the food containers. If any items needed refilling, she is using the same hands to bring and refill the food without washing them in between. This felt very unhygienic and raised concerns about food hygiene.Felt like 2 star hotel
