Our stay was quite disappointing. The toilets were dirty, showing clear stains on the seat and cistern. Housekeeping was lacking—I had to ask three times before anyone came to empty our room's bin. The hotel was also very noisy because of guests in adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. Given the cost, it was not worth it. I wouldn't suggest this hotel, especially for families with young kids. Sadly, I won't return here.

Not good value for money, the room had cockroaches, the fans were very noisy, cleanliness was poor, and the towels were dirty. Also, there were no complimentary water bottles.

The front desk team was supportive and the rooms were tidy.

Although our time at Apple Suites was brief, it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with sincere warmth and kindness, making us feel at ease and well looked after. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they took care of every small detail to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, enhancing the overall experience. Many thanks to the whole team for your excellent service and for making our visit so unforgettable. We would gladly come back and strongly suggest Apple Suites to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.
