My stay here was truly unforgettable!! The time I spent was wonderful, largely thanks to the friendly nature and excellent service of the hotel staff. The only minor issue was a few power outages, happening 2 to 3 times during my stay, which should be addressed for the future.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant stopped a promotional deal that was supposed to last a year, but they did not inform us clearly beforehand. This felt deceptive and impacted our visit negatively. Service was slow and staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The rooms were poorly maintained and fell short of expectations regarding cleanliness and comfort. I hope management works on better transparency, customer service, and room upkeep going forward.
