Red Orchid Hotel kanpur

Foods i enjoyed in breakfast was awesome. I like the taste of paratha. However options were less but compare to other. They are serving you with all the facilities. Receomended.

I'm totally not hyping this hotel, writing this from personal experience for fellow travellers who prioritise genuine comfort and service.I have been on the road for last 15 days backpacking across North India, and man I have to say the stay at Red Orchid has to be my best experience in last 15 days. Totally outstanding value for money room, top notch facilities and the best is the professionalism from the staff. Right from Mr Shubham at the reception, to the housekeeping staff, Miss Jyoti and Mr Rishi at the complimentary breakfast lounge. And my biggest shout out to the kitchen led by the head chef Mr Vinod. I opted for the room service for my dinner and went for the chef's special "Spinach sabz handi" and my my, easily one of the best food I tried in my last 15 days.Last time I was in Kanpur(around 2 years back), I stayed near the Railway station, and it was just what you expect from a tier 2 city. So this time i wasn't expecting anything different, but Kanpur you beauty you surprised me.The only blip that if I have to nitpick would be that the hotel reception called me at 10:30 in the night(I was tired and sleeping), as they thought I didn't checked in, so they were just checking. I told them I had checked in, and possibly used my alternate contact number.Totally a 5/5 stay, staff and professionalism.Recommended to fellow travellers who want to just relax for a while.IMHO "Red Orchid" won't turn out to another disappointment. Totally worth it.Thank you

I recently visited Skyview Restaurant at Red Orchid Hotel and had a great food experience. The ambience of the rooftop restaurant is really nice and relaxing. I didn’t stay in the hotel rooms, but I went there specially to try the food.The taste of the food was really good, the presentation was nice, and the service was also quick and polite. Enjoying delicious food with the sky view makes the experience even better.If you are looking for a good rooftop dining place in Kanpur, Skyview Restaurant at Red Orchid Hotel is definitely worth trying. ’?

We stayed overnight on our way to delhi from varanasi. Location is excellent, easy accessibility to NH19.Rooms are not too large but very comfortable & well maintained. The staff is very courteous. The food is also good. Buffet breakfast is decent.The valet parks the car at a safe distance & not at the hotel.Would definitely stay again when passing through kanpur

Top notch service and top notch breakfast i am a solo traveler i dint had to bother about my lunch the breakfast buffet is that elaborate and delicious what adds to the food is the service provided by each and every staff from the reception head to the breakfast serving staff a big shout out to ms Jyoti ,and the room cleaning lady who made my stay very comfortable it’s my always coming back place to stay in Kanpur.The room is very modern and comfortable with modern amenities .Just a feedback to take care of the noise of the in house guest when there a party that takes place in the hotel
