Worst hotel I have seenGitha hotel haiYou should never prefer to stay in this hotel in worst situation also.Service was very poor and there was lack of water ’’ in washrooms , furniture was broken and poor response of staff and a unhigenic place where no cleaning ’’ happens in room and dirty mattress and washrooms.Never ever prefer this hotel for any purpose

Very pathetic and horrible hotel.Service and management also very bad and attitude towards collect the money.I would suggest to all never stay in this hotel, better you should stay Dharamshala.

Never visit this hotel , otherwise you will be regret on your decision.Third class service and no staff in the hotel.Security gaurd sits on reception and handle the customer in very bad manner.Owner is very greedy for money.Rooms cleaning is very bad , bathrooms are horrible and no hot water in bathroom.Water tape and gyeser are full of leakage.Water is leaking from flush tank and it makes the bathroom floor dirty and wet all the time.My experience is very bad and really want to save other customers, please don't book ever.

Pathetic Hotel, never stay there. Location is OK but it's worst than any lodge. The hotel owner / manager just greedy for money and least bother about customer's satisfaction.

The quality of room and cleaning was good. But room service was not that good. I requested some heavy breakfast at 9:00 AM and was told that chef is unavailable hence I can get only bread in Breakfast. Rest everything is fine. Tea was great and overall room design is nice.
