The Landmark Hotel

The room on 15th floor are terrible as they have bar on 16th floor and loud music keeps coming to room.Also, I had booked a Pool view room but was provided city view.Room AC not working good.Disappointed by this kind of service at such to be good hotel of Kanpur.Infact, they should apologise in advance to the guests to whom they are giving room adjacent to the BAR.

It's a real 5 star hotel. Though the food is overpriced, but the taste of the food makes your every penny worth. The ambience of the hotel can't be described in words, it feels surreal, when you entered the premises of this hotel. There are total 3 restaurants in this hotel. The most beautiful is the "LIV At the Deck" restaurant. Also the most preferred restaurant here is "Waterside"

Attended a family function at Landmark Tower, and it was a hit’spacious banquet halls with nice ambience that made the event feel special and festive. The food was excellent, with flavorful dishes that everyone loved and plenty of options to keep guests happy.Its prime location near the market made it super convenient for shopping or quick runs during the event. Staff handled everything smoothly, ensuring a stress-free day. Great venue for gatherings!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark Towers Kanpur, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.I was traveling with my 3-month-old baby, and the level of comfort, care, and attention we received truly exceeded all expectations. The environment was extremely warm, peaceful, and baby-friendly, which made a huge difference for me as new parent travelling alone.A special mention to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Vinod and his team including Mrs. Abida and Mr. Luvkush - they were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, proactively helping with even the smallest details. Given that I had a baby in the room, they made sure to do extra thorough cleaning and maintained the highest standards of hygiene at all times.What really stood out was the overall culture of the hotel - the staff is genuinely caring, respectful, and attentive. You can feel that they take pride in creating a great guest experience.And the food - absolutely outstanding! Easily a 10/10.This was not just a comfortable stay, but a truly memorable one. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanpur, especially families. Looking forward to staying here again!

Incredible hospitality. Stayed at the hotel for 10 days for work trip. Staff is kind and friendly and special thank you to Satnam ji who made sure the room was comfortable and quite as I often had to be in remote meetings.The only feedback I will give is Internet is slow and often gets disconnected.
