Hotel was un hyzanic. We reached little early. The hotel did not allow to use washroom in the emergency. I booked the hotel through Agoda and paid about Rs. ***/. When I contacted Agoda, they didn't co-operate and refused for cancellation and refund. Due to this,I wasted my Rs ***/ paid through online. This was my worst experience in my life at the age of 61. The hotel staff also not cooperated even in case of Senior citizens. After noon cooperation of the hotel and booking agency ie Agoda, I left the Hotel and booked an other Hotel. I would request guests to to check Agoda ie booking portal and also this hotel before booking.
