The property impressed with its excellent value, spotless cleanliness, and attentive staff. Facilities were well-maintained, including reliable hot water and quality bathroom amenities. Shopping nearby was convenient, though the overall walkability of the area left something to be desired. A solid choice for a comfortable stay.

I booked room with complementary breakfast however those are not provided by hotel. We are 4 stayed for 2 nights, so they skipped of 8 persons. In this case hotel should refund some amount but they didn't. Instead they charged for the early check-in

The perfect example of "Don't judge a book by it's cover".. when I first saw this hotel(in 2024) from outside I'm like "It won't look good from inside too" and to my suprise it is the exact opposite of what I thought.. Even though it is in middle of construction when I visited it still is comfy in rooms and even the owners also so kind and friendly and hospitality they provide can't be forgotten easily... Everything apart one thing can have 5 stars and that one thing is their chai(TEA) It don't deserve 5 stars but 10 whole starsI love their chai so much.... Every one who are going to Mumbai for a vacation checkout this hotel once and MAKE SURE TO TRY THEIR CHAI

This place is a complete scam. Do not believe a single positive review ’ they have to be fake or bought, because no sane person would rate this hotel well. From the moment we checked in it was obvious this place is a dump.My son and I checked in, went up to the room, and within minutes could see how bad it was. The bedsheets were dirty, the bed was rock hard, the floor was filthy, and the room was ridiculously small and poorly maintained. The AC was ancient and barely functional. The only reason the room looks remotely acceptable is because of some cheap marbling ’ strip that away and it’s absolute rubbish.The staff were disgraceful. Unprofessional, rude, and outright inappropriate. One staff member was staring my son up and down in a way that made us extremely uncomfortable. That behaviour alone should get this place shut down. No boundaries, no professionalism, no respect.The location makes it even worse. The area is extremely dodgy and felt completely unsafe. This is not somewhere you’d feel comfortable staying, especially with family.We stayed less than three hours. That’s how bad it was. We checked in, saw the room and the hotel properly, and checked out around three hours later because it was unbearable.This hotel is a disgrace. Waste of money, waste of time, and honestly shouldn’t be operating. Stay away unless you enjoy dirty rooms, rude staff, and feeling unsafe.
