Very Poor Experience

This hotel is terrible, I couldn't even stay there for an hour. It took 30 minutes to get our room despite having booked and paid in advance. The bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and covers seemed like they were never washed. There were bedbugs and mosquitoes too. When we complained, the staff at the counter asked where the bedbugs were, as if we were supposed to catch them to prove it. When we requested to move to another hotel, the staff said we should have checked the price before booking. It felt like they decide who gets a room based on how much money they pay. They should post real photos instead of fake ones so people can book accordingly.
