Couple • India • Sep 2026ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not book FabHotel Moon Stay under any circumstances; it is an absolute scam. We booked a room here and followed the location shown on the map, only to arrive and find that no such hotel even exists at that spot on the ground - there is actually a school standing there instead. When we called the contact number, they kept us stranded on the street for over 20 minutes before casually claiming they had an "electricity issue." They bluntly stated they couldn't provide a room and unprofessionally told us to just contact customer care rather than offering any actual assistance.We were left waiting on the road until 3:30 PM with absolutely no resolution from their staff, and to make matters worse, we still have not received our refund. They took our money, wasted our entire afternoon, and completely washed their hands of the situation. This property is highly unsafe, completely unreliable, and absolutely not recommended for travelers.
