Solo Traveller • India • May 2026Worst experience ever! Checked in at 12:00 and electricity was gone by 12:10. They said it will be back in 10-15 minutes, but no power source. I stayed for that time and still no electricity. Asked for a refund and they cut 50%, for 1 hour stay with no electricity. Room was smelly and tiny.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2024If there is a zero star, I would have given that. I booked through OYO and paid online. On reaching, manager demanded extra payment. He didn't talk to OYO customer care through my phone. OYO convinced owner to give a room at no extra charge, but manager rudely told me not to come again. I refused to check in. They didn't return my money, showed on OYO app that I checked in, but I never stayed there.
