Couple • India • Jul 2026Staff behavior is polite is only plus thing but all other facilities and services are of low quality and not recommended. Poor quality of cleanliness , with bad odour in rooms and in passages. Oyo like activity observed and hence not for families and married couple.
When I visited the hotel there is no water supply in this hotel even taps are also not working then after 1 hrs he changed our room again this room was very small and AC not working properly. All the washroom taps looks like you are staying in" Dharamshala " when I told him please give me hot kettle they don't have and said all the kettles under repairing. I am very irritated why I chose this hotel online even staff behaviour is not good constantly saying we don't have speak to our hotel owner.
