We reserved a room via Goibibo, but upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us that no rooms were available. They declined to honor our confirmed booking and demanded additional payment for a room. This was a frustrating and unprofessional situation. If the hotel was fully booked, they shouldn't have accepted our reservation. We experienced needless trouble after traveling with a confirmed booking. I cannot recommend this hotel because of its poor booking management and unprofessional behavior.
